WHERE IS MY PERSONALIZED HOODIE? Orders placed in October & November were submitted on December 3 and have a 6–7 week turnaround time, with delivery expected in early February. Orders placed after December 3 will be included in the next batch order in early to mid February due to vendor order minimums. Updates will be shared here & via school newsletter. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? || You are welcome to COME BY the STORE from 8:30a - 9:30a on MONDAY mornings OR drop your return or exchange by the FRONT OFFICE, with clear return/exchange notes, any day. We will take care of them all on MONDAY of the following week. Thank you!
