Frequently Asked Questions

How do I buy from the school store? 

There are TWO ways to shop the school store: 

  • Shop online for in stock items and custom orders.  
  • Shop in person for at our popups during the school year (back to school, holiday bazaar, new family orientation, etc.).  Check the school calendar for key dates. 

When will I get my order?  

  • All IN STOCK merchandise orders placed on the website are FILLED & DELIVERED to your child's classroom on MONDAY MORNINGS during the school. All orders are filled and delivered by volunteers.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS are placed on a schedule to meet the minimum bulk requirements. Custom items include Satsuma plaid (skirt, skorts, jumpers and dog beds), bulldog hoodies and Jensen Lee bags. We will post order deadlines on the website as they become available. 
  • NON-CUSTOM ORDERS PLACED OVER SUMMER  are available for pick up at the back to school Open House event. 

  • CUSTOM ORDERS PLACED OVER THE SUMMER may or may not be available for pick up the back to school Open House event. The school store is run by volunteers and we take the summer off. 

  • IMPORTANT! If you want a custom item in time for the start of the new school year in September, your order MUST BE PLACED BY JUNE OF THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR! We will communicate the FINAL order deadlines in late May, early June. 

How do I collect my order? 

  • Bags are sent to your child's classroom ON MONDAYS or can be held at the ASB front office. The office can be accessed during school hours.  
  • Help the volunteers by INCLUDING YOUR STUDENT’S LAST NAME (especially if different from yours) AND CLASSROOM NUMBER in the NOTES SECTION in your cart BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT 

Can I exchange or return items?  

  • All personalized orders (including hoodies, Jensen Lee bags) and Satsuma plaid custom sized products are final sale and not eligible for return. 
  • All other products that have not been worn or washed can be returned and exchanged. 

What if a size that I would like is not offered at the school store or the uniform exchange? 

  • We would be happy to help you! Email us at schoolstore@asbschool.org with the size and product you are looking for. There is a good chance we can get it for you. Please don't hesitate to ask. 

Are all items sold here ok to wear to school?  

What are my options for getting ASB student uniforms?

  1. STUDENT STORE: We sell all ASB logo uniform basics, plaid and spirit wear.
  2. UNIFORM EXCHANGE: Shop free consignment at the convent.  Bring any school store bought items you outgrow here too. The uniform exchange has both ASB logo uniform basics, plaid, spirit wear and non-logo basics. Check here for hours of operation.

  3. NON-LOGO BASICS: Shop your favorite third-party vendors for solid color shorts, skorts, or pants.

    Important Note: Dennis Uniform closed in 2024 
    and the ASB School Store has worked with trusted suppliers to carry quality uniform items for the school community. Please refer to sizing charts on our website for sizing and DO NOT default to Dennis uniform sizing as they are DIFFERENT.
