Ordered a Hoodie? READ THIS FIRST.

I ordered a hoodie in October or November of 2025. When will it arrive?

  • Orders were submitted in batch to the vendor on December 3 (order minimums required).
  • Orders are expected to arrive in early February.
  • Hoodies will be fulfilled and sent home with students the Monday following delivery.

I ordered a hoodie AFTER December 3, 2025. What happens next?

  • Orders will be included in the next batch order (early February).
  • The exact order date and deadline will be communicated in advance via the website and the ASB newsletter.
  • Delivery will occur approximately 6–7 weeks after the order is submitted.

Personalized Hoodie Orders – FAQ

How long do hoodie orders take?

  • All hoodie orders have a 6–7 week turnaround time from the date orders are submitted to our vendor.

Why are hoodies ordered in batches?

  • Our vendor requires minimum order quantities.
  • To meet these requirements, hoodie orders are submitted approximately every 2–3 months.

Are non-personalized hoodies included in these batches?

  • Yes. At this time, all hoodies (personalized and non-personalized) are included in batch orders.
  • This is because Bulldog branding is added to the front of all hoodies.

When will the next hoodie order be placed?

Once confirmed, the next order date and deadline will be:

  • Posted on the school store website
  • Shared in the ASB newsletter

 

How will my child receive their hoodie?

  • Hoodies are delivered to the school in bulk.
  • Orders are fulfilled and sent home with students the Monday following delivery.
