Refund Policy

 

If you need a size change or it just didn't work. We can exchange your item within reason, Leave it with a note at the school front office. See below, some items are not returnable or exchangeable. 

You can always contact us for any return question at schoolstore@asbschool.org.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

A return is made to the card used for the purchased. We rely on a third party to carry out the return and it can take a few days before your bank is updated.
