· Option A – PERSONALIZE – LAST NAME: When checking out, please indicate the name you would like to include on the bag under the "special instructions for the seller" box at the bottom of the checkout page.
· Option B – GENERIC PERSONALIZATION - BULLDOGS: Make the bag easy to pass along to another family or through the uniform recycle program. In the checkout under "special instructions for the seller" box write “Bulldogs” for where the last name would go.
(2) Personalized Order Timing & Returns
Personalized items are neither exchangeable nor returnable. Please read the web banner for the time when the next order will be placed and estimated time of arrival. The summer order has gone out (to arrive to you for Open Day) and the next order will be placed September 16th (to arrive to you by December).
